There are absolutely no cancellation fees if you cancel your move within more than 72 hours of your scheduled move (3 days notice). If you fail to do so, we reserve a right to charge your card $75. Please understand that by cancelling your move with us in less than 72 hours, you are most likely taking a spot that could be used by another customer, and we will not be able to fill it in in such a short window. Vast majority of moving companies have some sort of cancellation charges.
Please note that we do not charge your card in advance, nor do we place any holds on your funds. We are asking for your card information simply to reserve your spot.
You pay once the move is over. You can use a credit/debit card (all cards except American Express), cash or money order/cashiers check.
Our office is open Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm & Saturday 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Closed on Sundays. Moving crews are available throughout the week, including Sundays, and most of the holidays.

Guaranteed price assumes everything that can be boxed up will be done by you, as it does not include packing services (materials nor labor). We can still do it for you, but additional charges will apply.
